Painter, author of murals, environments, artistic campaigns. In 1999-2003, he studied philosophy at the University of Warsaw; next, since 2002 he studied painting in the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in the studio of Jarosław Modzelewski, graduating in 2007. In 2006, he received a scholarship at Universität der Kunste in Berlin in the studio of Daniel Richter. He makes paintings that serve as the basis for creating the narrative space. He uses language as a plastic material enabling appearance and disappearance of things, relationships and history. He treats painting as a phenomenon developing visual objects that generate sequences of meanings in speech. He develops language items, objects taken out directly from the text. He is interested in reality as a language, beauty in the eye of the observer, perfection of the humdrum, casting shadows, psychedelia, syntax. He lives and works in Warsaw.
